New Athletes

Step 1 – Free Taster Class

Interested in joining Warrior, but not sure if it’s for you? You may think you’re not ready, or that it’ll be too intense. The best thing to do is come to any of our Spartan classes for a free trial. You’ll meet the coaches and community, and experience Warrior first hand!

Whatever your fitness level, we’ll make sure the class is suited to your ability so that you’re challenged, but still have fun!

Step 2 – Basic Training

Now that you know how awesome classes at Warrior are, you need to enrol on our Basic Training program before jumping into regular classes.

You will complete Basic Training in a one to one session at a time to suit you (coach availability depending). Typically we would require 60-90 minutes to complete all the movements.

Included in the price of Basic Training whichever option you go for, is unlimited membership for the remainder of the month you join.

Step 3 – Join Classes

Upon completeion of Basic Training you can start group classes! We offer a range of classes to suit your goals and needs, as well as open gym to work on skills or catch up on missed sessions. Our Spartan and Ninja classes offer skill levels to enable you to complete the workouts at a level to suit your needs. Ask one of our coaches for more details on skill levels.

Experienced Athletes

Step 1 – Free Taster Class

Before jumping into a membership, we invite you to come down and try a Spartan class for free. You can check out the facility, chat with the coaches and meet our community. During this class, the coach will assess your movement and experience and recommend your next steps. This may be:

  • Sign up to one of our membership packages
  • Schedule a one to one refresher session to review the main movements
  • Complete Basic Training

Visiting Athletes

Away from home and missing the gym?

Experienced athletes are welcome to attend any of our classes – whether you’re here for a day or a month. We’ll work out a membership that suits the length of your stay.
