Personal Training

Most of our clients are relatively new to training, especially resistance training which forms the foundations to our programming. So 1 to 1 training is the best way to get dedicated coaching, programming and results for you.

We can conduct 1 to 1 training at our facility, located in Ashton-under-Lyne in Manchester. With our personal training you will get focused attention every session to ensure you are challenged in a safe and progressive manner. Above all though, you will have fun!
